Yang terakhir....
Blog post terakhir dari blog arwah ayah sebelum berangkat menunaikan haji.
Today 26th.October or rather 27th.October 0130 hrs. we ( my wife and I )are to report ourselves to the Tabung Haji Complex at Kelana Jaya to begin our piligrimage to the Holy Land - Mecca . I am very excited and very much looking forward for the journey . This would be our second pilgrimage .Our earlier pilgrimage was in 1991 , 19 years ago . I have resolved that this time I would want the pilgrimage to fulfill all my obligations to the Almighty so that all my good deeds is accepted by Him . I am determined to leave all my bad habits and be a better person when I come back in December . In know that this journey is not an easy one . I would have to undergo all challenges, trials and tribulations be it from fellow pilgrimage mates or from God itself . I have to be resilient all the time . I hope and pray so that we will be strong and that Allah would always protect us in facing all these challenges .I also hope and pray that our loved ones whom we are going to leave during this pilgrimage would be as strong as we are . I hope they would also pray for us . I would certainly miss our grand daughters . I am sure they would miss us too . Any way we would be contactable via our handphones .
Till we come home . Bye .
12 Disember 2010, ayah pergi buat semala-lamanya. Al-fatihah buat arwah ayah. Semoga haji nya diberkati dan roh nya dicucuri rahmat dan ditempatkan bersama orang-orang beriman. Ameen. Read more...
Money is my honey
Ya know what?? Ecewah. Eh serius ni. Bagi semangat sedikit okay. Semua gara-gara kereta tersayang yang buat hal lagi. Dalam masa seminggu saya membelanjakan wang hampir seribu ringgit. Nasib baik sekarang kaya sedikit sebab berbiasiswa. Syukur alhamdulillah.
Jumaat lepas servis kereta habis RM200. Hari ni minyak brek kereta bocor, dijangkakan mencecah RM400 hingga RM500. Sedey! Sedey! Sedey! Okay fine! Nanti kat rumah I taknak bawak u dah. I nak bawak Honda. Padan muka Kembara di anak tiri kan. Asyik rosak aje, beli kereta baru nanti karang. Tapi rasa macam tak mampu lagi. Oh sungguh kasihan saya T_T
Jimat jimat juga, tapi esok baling tetap baling. Eh bukan. Boling tetap boling! Tapi saya tetap nak baling-baling sahaja. Apa pandang-pandang? Jangan pandang rendah, walaupon hanya baling-baling tapi saya akui, ya saya akui saya pernah score strike bermain boling. Bukan sekali, malah sebenarnya 3 kali! Hebat bukan. Nampak je saya lembut-lembut baling bola boling bersaiz paling ringan tetapi strike dengan bergaya.
The call?
Got a phone call today and........... Teheehee.
Haish~ So petang tadi keluar result final. Tak sampai 5 hari dah tahu result. Nasib baik result pon alhamdulillah (:
Terima kasih kepada semua yang mendoakan. Tunggu lagi dua result dengan result projek.
Salam Idil Adha
Muka excited baru balik tengok orang sembelih lembu dan sembahyang raya. Tak bukak tudung lagi, kita tangkap gambar dulu. Oh first time senyum tunjuk gigi kan.
Happy always (:

Pernahkah kamu tahu..
Aku hanya mahu itu
psssttt.. Tips final exam ni.
Since final exam is just around the corner, hari ni nak share tips-tips menghadapi peperiksan. Got this from a lecturer of mine masa tahun 3 degree di UTM. Nice kan? Lecturer lain sibuk upload notes je kat e-learning, tapi dia upload doa sekali. Since then, tiap kali nak exam before stadi tu saya amalkan baca doa-doa ni. Lepas tu stadi.
Before pergi exam pon selalunya baca doa ni. Masa tengah rasa takut-takut tu. Tapi yang berkaitan je la. Senang je doa-doa ni, tanpa sedar kalau dah biasa baca tengok-tengok dah terhafal. Try it! Laptop tak cukup canggih nak type tulisan jawi.
Master project presentation
Minggu depan ada seminar projek master. Sekarang sedang bertungkus lumus edit slide bagi nampak cantik plus mestilah berinformatif. Tak sabar nak habiskan presentation ni cepat-cepat, but at the same time rasa takut. Hope everything goes well.
First impression tu penting. Dalam-dalam tu tak cantik takpe ;p
Wish me luck!!
Semoga selamat pergi,
................ dan selamat kembali.

Salam..
Apa khabar? Alhamdulillah, saya sihat. Minggu lepas minggu busy. What I know is that I'm sad. But look, I'm stuck over here. Dah berbulan-bulan stuck dengan benda yang sama. Macam buat kerja sia-sia pon ada. Alone and no one to guide. No no no and no! Taught course and full time research itu tidak sama. Mereka master 2 tahun menghadap research semata-mata, while taught course buat master 1 and a half year then terpaksa bahagikan masa antara kelas, test dan assignment. I agree ada student taught course yang dah siap projek semua, but they can use toolbox and so on. Just masuk2 kan data... tadaaaa siap! Projek siap! So that bila present panel akan kata, ouh bagus la student ni, bagus la sv nya. Tapi bila dah stuck dengan berbagai-bagai error, I'm left alone. Takde siapa nak guide bila takde siapa pon tahu nak buat benda ni macam mana @_@
Saya master, bukan PhD.
And saya dah down ni tak nak sambung PhD T_T
BlOod type diet
Oh haaaaaaaaaaaaaaai!!~
Baru nak update walaupon dah 3 hari berada di UTM. Biasa la, student master kan busy2 belaka. Habis je cuti memang banyak la assignment yang terpaksa disiapkan setelah dipostpone sekian lama. Hoho.
Tak? Tipu la tu kalau tak. Masa kat rumah pon memang dah rasa diri ni macam bertambah berat, lambat je nak berjalan buat kerja semua. Tak tak, ni bukan malas. Tapi badan berat. Tengok2 cermin pon terkejut.. ohh gumuknye T_T
Tapi hari tu sampai je Johor, terlihat sesuatu kat tv tentang blood type diet ni la. Kat channel Singapore. Nampak tak kat situ, kebetulan terasa diri gumuk, kebetulan juga ternampak rancangan diet ni. Haaa takdir kot. Terus rasa macam menarik. Tapi baru hari ni rasa tergerak hati nak mengGoogle tentang blood type diet ni.
There has been extensive scientific research over the past 30 years that shows evidence that your individual blood type determines your predisposition toward getting certain diseases, such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes, lupus, muscular sclerosis, allergies, etc. Our blood type also determines what type of biochemistry our digestive systems are made of. "Your blood type is a powerful genetic fingerprint that identifies you as surely as your DNA.
As a Blood Type O you may be predisposed to certain illnesses, such as ulcers and thyroid disorders. In the 1950’s it was discovered that Type O’s had about twice the instances of ulcers of all kinds than the other blood types. These findings have been replicated many times since then. Type O’s tend to have low levels of thyroid hormone and often exhibit insufficient levels of iodine, a chemical element whose sole purpose is thyroid hormone regulation. This causes many side effects such as weight gain, fluid retention and fatigue. Dr. D’Adamo does not recommend iodine supplements, rather a diet rich in saltwater fish and kelp to help regulate the thyroid gland. Bladder Wrack is also an excellent nutrient for type O’s. This herb, actually a seaweed, is very effective as an aid to weight control for Type O’s. “The fucose in bladder wrack seems to help normalize the sluggish metabolic rate and produce weight loss in Type O’s,” says Dr. D’Adamo.
Type O’s also have a higher level of stomach acid than the other blood types, which often results in stomach irritation and ulcers. Dr. D’Adamo recommends a licorice preparation called DGL (de glycyrrhizinated licorice) which can reduce discomfort and aid healing. DGL protects the stomach lining in addition to protecting it from stomach acids. Avoid crude licorice preparations as they contain a component of the plant which can cause elevated blood pressure. This component has been removed in DGL. Dr. D'Adamo also recommends Mastic Gum and Bismuth to soothe Type O's common and even frequent tummy troubles.
Many neurochemical factors in the Type A genetic disposition favor a structured, rhythmic, harmonious life, surrounded by a positive, supportive community. The harried pace and increased sense of isolation experienced by so many in today's society often make these needs difficult to achieve. Type A best exemplifies the powerful interconnections between mind and body. This was vital to the shift away from hunting and procurement to building and growing. However, Type A's more internalized relationship to stress, which served your ancestors well, can be a challenge for the modern Type A. The Blood Type Diet's proactive mix of lifestyle strategies, hormonal equalizers, gentle exercise and specialized dietary guidelines will maximize your overall health; decrease your natural risk factors for cancer, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. The result: high performance, mental clarity, greater vitality and increased longevity.
"When we discuss 'diet,' we are not talking necessarily about a weight loss plan, that's a side benefit to following this plan. We are actually discussing diet in the more traditional sense, meaning a way to eat," explains, Dr. D'Adamo. Type As flourish on a vegetarian diet - if you are accustomed to eating meat, you will lose weight and have more energy once you eliminate the toxic foods from your diet. Many people find it difficult to move away from the typical meat and potato fare to soy proteins, grains and vegetables. But it is particularly important for sensitive Type As to eat their foods in as natural a state as possible: pure, fresh and organic. "I can't emphasize enough how this critical dietary adjustment can be to the sensitive immune system of Type A. With this diet you can supercharge your immune system and potentially short circuit the development of life threatening diseases."
As a Type B, you carry the genetic potential for great malleability and the ability to thrive in changeable conditions. Unlike blood types A and O, which are at opposite ends of every spectrum, your position is fluid, rather than stationary, with the ability to move in either direction along the continuum. It's easy to see how this flexibility served the interests of early Type B's who needed to balance the twin forces of the animal and vegetable kingdoms. At the same time, it can be extremely challenging to balance two poles and Type B's tend to be highly sensitive to the effects of slipping out of balance.
The primary challenges that can get in the way of optimum health for Type B include a tendency to produce higher than normal cortisol levels in situations to stress; sensitivity to the B specific lectins in select foods, resulting in inflammation and greater risk for developing Syndrome X; susceptibility to slow growing, lingering viruses - such as those for MS, CFS, and lupus; and a vulnerability to autoimmune diseases. "If I were to generalize," says Dr. D'Adamo, "I would say that a healthy Type B, living right for his or her own type, tends to have fewer risk factors for disease and tends to be more physically fit and mentally balanced than any of the other blood types." Type B's tended to have a greater ability to adapt to altitude and interestingly, are statistically the tallest of the blood types.
For Type Bs the biggest factors in weight gain are corn, wheat, buckwheat, lentils, tomatoes, peanuts and sesame seeds. Each of these foods affect the efficiency of your metabolic process, resulting in fatigue, fluid retention, and hypoglycemia - a severe drop in blood sugar after eating a meal. When you eliminate these foods and begin eating a diet that is right for your type, you blood sugar levels should remain normal after meals. Another very common food that Type Bs should avoid is chicken. Chicken contains a Blood Type B agglutinating lectin in its muscle tissue. Although chicken is a lean meat, the issue is the power of an agglutinating lectin attacking your bloodstream and the potential for it to lead to strokes and immune disorders. Dr. D'Adamo suggests that you wean yourself away from chicken and replace them with highly beneficial foods such as goat, lamb, mutton, rabbit and venison. Other foods that encourage weight loss are green vegetables, eggs, beneficial meats, and low fat dairy. When the toxic foods are avoided and replaced with beneficial foods, Blood Type Bs are very successful in controlling their weight.
Type AB reflects the mixed inheritance of their A and B genes. According to Dr. D’Adamo, “Type AB has Type A’s low stomach acid, however, they also have Type B’s adaptation to meats. Therefore, you lack enough stomach acid to metabolize them efficiently and the meat you eat tends to get stored as fat. Your Type B propensities cause the same insulin reaction as Type B when you eat lima beans, corn, buckwheat, or sesame seeds.” Inhibited insulin production results in hypoglycemia, a lowering of blood sugar after meals and leads to less efficient metabolism of foods.
Type AB should avoid caffeine and alcohol, especially when you’re in stressful situations. Dr. D’Adamo recommends that Type AB focus on foods such as tofu, seafood, dairy and green vegetables if you are trying to lose weight. “Avoid all smoked or cured meats. These foods can cause stomach cancer in people with low levels of stomach acid,” recommends Dr. D’Adamo. There is a wide variety of seafood for Type AB, and it is an excellent source of protein for Type AB. A few highly beneficial fish are mahi-mahi, red snapper, salmon, sardines, and tuna.. Some dairy is also beneficial for Type AB – especially cultured dairy such as Yogurt and kefir.
Dr. D’Adamo also recommends smaller, more frequent meals, as they will counteract digestive problems caused by inadequate stomach acid and peptic enzymes. “Your stomach initiates the digestive process with a combination of digestive secretions, and the muscular contractions that mix food with them. When you have low levels of digestive secretions, food tends to stay in the stomach longer.” Explains D’Adamo. He also suggests that Type AB pay attention to combining certain foods. For example, you’ll digest and metabolize foods more efficiently if you avoid eating starches and proteins in the same meal.
Suatu hari di aidilfitri..
Hai!
Hai!
Hai!
Okay, cukup dedication raya 2010. Jom kita tengok gambar di pagi raya pulak.
Hai!! Nama saya Siti Nuralia Zahra. Just call me Alia Zahra. Tak perlu la Siti2 tu. Tak glemer lah you~ Saya baru nak masuk 2 tahun taw. Cute tak saya, fotogenik kan? Tapi saya ni kememeh siket, sensitif. Macam maksu saya ;p
Homemade biskut cornflakes & badam
Waaaahh sekarang semua orang dalam mood raya. Bukak-bukak facebook penuh notification kawan-kawan tag gambar kad raya. Sekarang back to basic je, pakai corel paint shop pro setakat nak buang image noise plus tambah border yang super simple :)
So hari ni aktiviti saya adalah sambung buat biskut raya! Memang wajib buat sendiri biskut cornflakes dengan biskut badam. Memandang kan saya memang beginner dalam hal masak-memasak ni, jadi saya nak letak resipi kat sini for future reference untuk diri sendiri. Hoho. Baru la berinformatif siket blog ni. Kan kan? So lets start dengan biskut cornflakes. All time favourite ni, semua orang mesti suke. Selalu bawak balik univ lepas cuti raya mesti habis :D
Homemade Tart Nenas
Nak buat tart nenas untuk raya? Cara-cara nya mudah saje. Meh nak ajar. Sedaaaaaap~ Budak 2 tahun pon boleh buat..
Balik kampung~ Eh tak tak, balik bandar :D
"You have been through a major drama right now, so you have to be tough. You have to trust yourself. Forget all the pain and moment that will make you sad or feeling sorry for yourself. This is time for you to walk ahead and don't turn back. Grow up, stop crying."Sedey nyeeeeeee.. Sedey nak balik beraya. But I have done my best and saya stadi taw, bukannya tak study. Just serahkan segalanya pada Allah dan tawakkal sahaja. Tunggu result lepas cuti raya nanti ok :(
.......... Tak taw la, bila tiap kali tak dapat jawab test DENGAN JAYA NYA akan rasa really frust. Tapi bukan la frust macam nak bunuh diri tu, tak tak. Bahagia nya hidup macam tu. Saya pon nak jugak, jom la share2 rahsia ketakjayaan anda. Saya capslock kan DENGAN JAYA NYA sebab nak tekan kan, saya bukan tak dapat jawab test, cuma tak dapat jawab DENGAN JAYA NYA. Faham? Soalan 1 insyaAllah okay. Cuma soalan 2 saya tercareless and last minit baru sedar diri dari khayalan yang saya berjaya buat dengan jayanya. Tapi khayalan hanya tinggal khayalan. Akhirnya, saya tinggalkan nota kecil di sudut kiri kertas test tadi buat lecturer. Huhuhu..
Dulu ada dengar bicara ilmu kat kolej, lecturer kata budak ex-mrsm ni bila masuk univ tak dapat A dia akan frust memanjang. Betul ke? Saya pon baru sedar, memang selama ni betul! Bagi saya la, orang lain saya tak tahu la. Kenapa ini terjadi? Alangkah best nya kalau Phd boleh buat kajian pasal ni je. Ni tak, kena kajian-kajian elektrik jugak -_-"
