Fisherman's pie


Kembali dengan resipi baru yang sedap-sedap semua~ Ni resipi kedua sepanjang bercuti-cuti lepas Master dengan target satu resipi setiap minggu. Resipi first minggu lepas adalah spaghetti carbonara with meatballs. Sedap! Tapi macam tak mencabar sangat sebab just pakai sos prego. Jadi minggu ni up siket masak fisherman's pie.

400ml milk
1 yellow onion, diced small
1/2 tsp dry dill, optional
600g white fish fillet without bones
some freshly grated black pepper
50g butter
2 tbsps flour
2 tbsps salt
1 cup frozen peas
4 tbsps grated parmesan cheese
100g packet mashed potatoes

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius.

2. In a sausepan, heat milk over medium fire. Additions, dill (if using), fish, pepper and cook for 3 to 4 mins or until fish is cooked. Take out the fish and flake it with a fork. Reserve the milk.

3. Heat butter in a pan over medium fire. Add flour and stir for 1/2 min. Pour in the reserve milk mixture and stir until smooth. Bring it to boil and turn off fire. Season with salt. Mix in peas and flaked fish.

4. Spoon fish mixture into a 2-litre baking casserole.

5. Combine cheese with the mashed potatoes. Put mashed potatoes into a piping bag and pipe over the fix mixture or just spoon mashed potatoes over mixture and layer it with a fork.

6. Bake for 30 mins or until heated thoroughly and lightly golden brown.

Rupa pie yang baru siap di bake. For this one, I tambah lebihan cheese on top. Bake until golden brown taw, macam kat atas ni. Mula-mula I bake this one for 30 mins tapi macam tak tak berapa masak lagi. So I add another 20 mins. Depends la nak berapa minit but make sure jangan sampai hangus betul.

Ni rupa bila dah sejuk sikit. This one isi dia agak lembik coz terlebih susu. Mula-mula ingat nak buat dua adunan, tapi ikan tak cukup. So instead 400ml milk, I dah terletak 600ml milk. So jadi la lembik-lembik giteww, tapi takde la lembik sangat.

Tapi rasanye memang sedap! Diapprove oleh orang-orang yang merasa. Even breakfast pagi ni pon diorang makan lagi. My niece siap bawak bekal pergi sekolah. Hari-hari lain tak bawak pon bekal.
